You have an HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking, for example from communication, Creative Business, marketing, or a similar field. You have up to two years of relevant experience. This can also come from internships, personal projects, or freelance work — we find a convincing portfolio at least as interesting.
You write and edit excellently in Dutch and can manage professionally in English. Additionally, you have a sense for imagery, composition, and storytelling and know how to make content attractive for various digital channels.
You are proficient with Canva and PowerPoint and preferably already have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. You have basic knowledge of SEO and find developments regarding AI and new ways of online searching interesting.
More importantly: you are curious. You ask good questions, actively gather information, and enjoy turning substantive input into something that people truly find useful. You work accurately, are open to feedback, and can effectively organize various content productions side by side.
· A salary between €3,250 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on your experience and professional maturity, plus a good pension scheme.

As a Junior Content Marketeer at Projective Group, you will translate the knowledge and expertise of our consultants into strong, recognizable content. From articles and client cases to carousels, newsletters, and presentations: you ensure that content is not only accurate, but also presented clearly, attractively, and with strong visuals.
You will work closely with our Marketing Lead and substantive experts within the organization. You will receive clear frameworks and guidance, but also increasing space to devise formats yourself, produce content, and discover what works well for our target audiences. The core of the role is therefore truly making, writing, and designing.
