One day you are diagnosing a fault to solve a problem, the next day you are performing a maintenance service or replacing parts. Thanks to the great diversity of vehicles and tasks, no two days are the same.
You often work independently, but you are never alone. At our location in Buren, you will work together with an enthusiastic team of approximately 15 colleagues. Everyone has their own specialty, and together you ensure that the equipment remains in top condition. Your colleagues are experienced, helpful, and enjoy thinking along with you..
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented colleague who loves to roll up their sleeves. You work safely, accurately, and think in terms of solutions. You feel comfortable both working independently and together with colleagues. Even when it is busy, you keep a cool head and continue to work calmly. Is an extra step required to finish the job? Then you help out. Furthermore:
You have an MBO-3 education as an automotive mechanic or truck mechanic;

Working with us means working in a diverse and technical environment. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that over 750 machines and vehicles can be deployed safely and reliably. You will join a small and close-knit team where everyone is there for one another. Additionally, you will get room to develop yourself within the organization. Furthermore, we offer you:
A position for 32 to 40 hours per week from our workshop in Buren (GL);
A full-time salary up to €3,900 per 4 weeks (converted to €4,225 per month);
Travel expenses of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting;
48 vacation days on a full-time basis according to the CAO Bouw en Infra;
A good pension scheme from the construction and infra CAO.
About VWMO
VWMO is one of the equipment companies of VolkerWessels and part of KWS Infra. We specialize in investing in, maintaining, and managing an extensive package of equipment. This concerns machines for road construction, civil engineering, and railway construction. We perform maintenance in our well-equipped workshops in Dordrecht and Buren, but also at project locations. To meet the sustainability objectives of the VolkerWessels organization, we are working on various technical sub-projects in the areas of, on the one hand, reducing harmful emissions (including nitrogen reduction) and, on the other hand, applying emission-free applications (including electrification). We do this by continuously increasing our level of knowledge in these areas. In short: a unique and dynamic equipment service where sustainability is central and where a technician can find their passion. Want to know more? www.vwmo.nl
