Mechanical Service Technician in the Netherlands

At Property Care, we keep buildings running. No endless meetings, just quick action, tackling tasks, and solving problems. As a Mechanical Service Technician, you ensure that our customers' installations remain reliable and in good condition.

You perform maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and skillfully resolve technical problems. Because we know our customers and their buildings well, you often know exactly what is going on. You look beyond just the fault and think along for a solution that also works in the long term. You work independently at various locations in Noord-Holland, but you are never alone. You are part of a close-knit team of 15 specialists. The lines are short, you know each other, and if you need help, you immediately get a colleague on the line who knows exactly what you are talking about.

As a Mechanical Service Technician, you ensure that building-bound installations do what they are supposed to do. You receive a lot of freedom and responsibility to organize your work well.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical installations;

• inspecting, checking, and testing installations;

• detecting, analyzing, and resolving faults;

• performing repairs and minor replacements;

• carefully recording your activities in work orders and inspection lists.

You are a constant and trusted face for our customers. You know their premises, understand the installations, and ensure that problems are solved quickly and practically.

You will join a small and experienced team in which we know, help, and trust each other. You are given the space to work independently, while the knowledge of your colleagues is always close by.
