Forklift Driver/ Logistics Worker Timber Construction

• A full-time work week of 37.5 hours, 30 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday allowance

Are you a logistics worker/ forklift driver (you can obtain a certificate here if needed) who loves to roll up your sleeves? For our timber construction division, we are looking for an Order Picker / Logistics Worker.

In this position, you ensure that the right wood arrives at the right place at the right time. You will work together with a team of approximately 8 colleagues and play an important role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly.

You collect wood and other materials based on digital pick orders. The order of the orders is important here, so that the production process can continue without delay.

Your duties include

• Collecting wood from the warehouse based on a pick order on a tablet.

• Placing the wood on the cart in the correct order.

• Moving the materials with a side-loader forklift.

• Bringing the wood to the correct machine, where it is further processed.

• After processing, bringing the material to the correct department, where it is further assembled.

• Ensuring that machines and colleagues are provided with the correct material in a timely manner.

• Collaborating with colleagues within the logistics processing center.

• You are a go-getter and feel responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly.

• You can set priorities and remain calm when it is busy.
