Mid/Senior Work Preparer Energy Supply

• A one-year contract with the intention to extend to an indefinite period;

• A salary between € 3,900 and € 6,000 gross per month, depending on age and experience;

• 43 days off: 25 vacation days and 18 roster-free days;

• A lease car;

• Hybrid working: 60% office, 40% home. You will receive a home office allowance and a workspace;

• Your permanent location is Vianen, but there are also workplaces available at our office locations in Deventer, Rotterdam, and Zaandam, or at one of our project locations;

As a Work Preparer Energy Supply, you are an indispensable link when it comes to the Energy Supply (EV); you have a varied and challenging job. The rail network will be significantly expanded and optimized in the coming years, where you, as a Work Preparer, are an indispensable link when it comes to the Energy Supply (EV). You will be responsible for the development, coordination, execution, and monitoring of work preparation activities within the technical field of Energy Supply. In this role, you will work on projects where the energy supply is being renewed or renovated.

You ensure that the correct information regarding the deployment of personnel and resources is available in a timely manner, so that a project or task can be executed as optimally as possible. Your activities range from advising during the preparation phase of a project, providing correct operational plans and document management, and scheduling personnel, materials, and equipment, to monitoring the progress of activities and preparing work budgets and overviews. Additionally, you perform calculation work for smaller tender requests, allowing you to contribute concretely to securing new projects for the department. And the fun part is that you then get to prepare the projects you have secured yourself! In short, a versatile and challenging position within a dynamic project environment in (Rail) Infra.
