As a work preparer / project preparer, you are the linchpin during the execution process. You support the project manager in challenging multidisciplinary rail projects. Work preparer / project preparer 2 traction- power supply? You start your week at the office in Utrecht, where you participate in the design review. This is because Dura Vermeer itself has recognition of the design and of Railinfra, meaning that as a work preparer, you are involved in projects from A to Z. You keep a sharp eye on time, budget, quality, and safety, and you coordinate all disciplines in detail with one another. In short, you work with technical working methods and continuously seek connection with execution. You discuss the planning and risks with the project team and inform your own and other disciplines about the progress. You can also regularly be found outside. You then ask yourself: What is going well? What are the opportunities and the risks? You then know how to translate the technology into solutions that are understandable for everyone, including other disciplines. What makes working at Dura Vermeer special? By nature, you are someone who seeks out collaboration and bursts with energy! You are an expert in planning and organizing and you communicate clearly and concisely. You are flexible and proactive. You think carefully about the project, make an assessment of the required and available time, and draw up preparation schedules derived from the contract planning. You draw up work plans, purchase materials, and ensure subcontractors, internal specialists, and suppliers are arranged according to the procedures in accordance with our management system. And furthermore:

You have a completed MBO electrotechnical education. If you have an affinity for the field of power supply and everything regarding substations and rail infra power supplies is extremely interesting, then we are looking for you. You do not mind being on our projects a number of weekends per year during power outages.
