Trainee Smart Finance Consultant

You are someone who has a passion for everything related to both IT and Finance. You will start immediately in our business unit and will be guided by your colleagues. You will complete a traineeship and subsequently make the step to Smart Finance Consultant. The program is a mix of working, learning, gaining experience, personal development, and above all, FUN!

The goal is to train you to become a Smart Finance professional who is confident in their strengths and wants to continue developing themselves. As a Smart Finance Consultant, you will be involved in, among other things, implementing our Jedox solution, acting as a sparring partner for the customer, identifying information needs, and translating these into our solution. You can independently design and develop appropriate reports. You will continue to work in a team, but you also enjoy taking on tasks independently.

First, you will get to know your colleagues, Axians, our business unit, and our customers. You will receive professional training and learn everything about the Jedox tool, with some excursions to other tools. Additionally, you will follow a personal development program together with other trainees within Axians, which will give you focus and direction to be able to steer your own future and accelerate your career. During the traineeship, the level of customer contact grows and you will increasingly collaborate on projects, together with your experienced colleagues.
