Project Manager in Zwolle

As an experienced Project Manager at Actemium, you will take responsibility for challenging industrial automation projects from quotation through to commissioning. You will work on complex issues where electrical engineering, automation, software, and execution converge, and you will have the freedom to truly make a difference. Often, these involve complex projects in operating factories where your choices have a direct impact on production security and business continuity.

Within these challenging projects, you connect specialists, lead multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a strong interlocutor for customers. With your connecting approach and entrepreneurial attitude, you make the difference for customers and colleagues.

• You lead multidisciplinary industrial automation projects from the quotation phase through to delivery and commissioning
• You connect engineers, consultants, software developers, technicians, and other Business Units within the VINCI Energies network
• You are the point of contact for customers, project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• You monitor safety, quality, planning, budget, and scope, and actively adjust where necessary
• You identify strategic opportunities, risks, and deviations in a timely manner and translate them into clear choices and actions
• You build sustainable customer relationships by realizing projects predictably, professionally, and with visible results

In addition, you bring the following:

• You have a completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Technical Business Administration, or a comparable technical field
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in leading and realizing technical projects
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working together with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and result-oriented. With this, you make the difference and actively contribute to the growth and development of the organization
• You work independently, demonstrate ownership, and make entrepreneurial and result-oriented choices
• You have a good command of the Dutch language
