ATEX Inspector in Utrecht

As an ATEX Inspector at Actemium, you ensure that installations in explosive environments remain safe and compliant. You perform inspections, identify risks, and advise customers on improvement measures. In doing so, you work independently at industrial customers in, among others, the food, chemical, and process industries. With a great deal of freedom, specialized technology, and direct impact on safety, you will further build upon your expertise in explosion safety.

• You perform ATEX inspections on installations and equipment
• You check installations based on ATEX guidelines, standards, and legislation
• You identify and report deviations and risks
• You advise customers on improvement measures and explosion safety
• You consult with project teams, engineers, and maintenance managers
• You stay up to date on developments within explosion safety and share knowledge with colleagues
• You spend a lot of time on-site at customers and work with modern digital inspection tools.

You are an independent and expert inspector who stands for quality and safety. In addition, you bring:

• You have an MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering and experience as an ATEX inspector
• You get energy from technology, safety, and quality
• You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility
• You think critically and dare to advise customers
• You have experience with industrial E&I installations
• Relevant ATEX, CompEx, or IECEx certifications are a plus
• You have a good command of the Dutch language
