TASKI Service Technician – Randstad Region

Our machines are used daily by customers in sectors including healthcare, hospitality, foodservice, and facility management. And the world of professional cleaning is changing fast: alongside traditional cleaning machines, we are increasingly developing smart, digital, and autonomous solutions.

That is why we are looking for a Service Technician who wants to grow together with us alongside this development.

As a TASKI Service Technician, you will primarily be on the road visiting customers in the Randstad region. You are responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, and testing of professional cleaning machines.

You work independently at customer sites, but you are never alone. You are part of an experienced service team of planners and fellow technicians who support you when needed.

During your onboarding, you will shadow an experienced colleague. This is how you will get to know our machines, systems, and customers, and build up the knowledge step-by-step to go out on your own.

You will, of course, receive a fully equipped electric service vehicle with which you will visit your customers in the region.

• Performing preventive maintenance on TASKI machines
• Analyzing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical malfunctions
• Installing, testing, and commissioning new machines
• Advising customers on correct use and daily maintenance
• Registering work performed and parts used
• Managing your service vehicle and parts inventory
• Collaborating with planners and fellow technicians
• Identifying technical improvements and potential commercial opportunities
• Further developing your technical knowledge with new digital, smart, and autonomous technologies

We are primarily looking for someone with a technical and practical mindset. You do not necessarily need to have experience with cleaning machines already.
