Do you get energy from logistics, maintaining oversight, and making processes smarter?

As Logistics Support , you are an important link within our logistics organization. You support the daily operation and are responsible for coordinating and optimizing various logistical processes. You ensure that stock is reliable, incoming goods are processed efficiently, and logistical changes are successfully implemented.

You are the connecting factor between Logistics, Production, Co-packing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. You identify bottlenecks, take initiative to improve processes, and actively contribute to the further professionalization of our logistics organization.

Additionally, you are the permanent backup for our Co-packing Coordinator. To remain well-connected to the operation, you work at least one fixed day per week within Co-packing and are able to take over these activities independently in the absence of the Coordinator.

• Responsible for Stock Control & Management, including monitoring stock quality and analyzing and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Organizing, preparing, and executing quarterly and cycle counts together with the logistics team.
• Coordinating the receipt and administrative processing of incoming goods, particularly from Germany and Switzerland.
• PCM Lead Logistics: implementing product and packaging changes within the logistical operation.
• Responsible for the returns process and its administrative handling.
• Handling logistical customer complaints and claims towards transport partners.
• Acting as backup for the Co-packing Coordinator and being actively involved in the Co-packing operation at least one day per week.
• Supporting logistical projects, process improvements, and implementations.
• Preparing reports and analyzing logistical data to support the operation.
• Intensive collaboration with Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external logistical partners.

• MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Logistics or Supply Chain.
• A few years of relevant work experience within a logistical environment.
• Experience with inventory management and logistical administrative processes.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems; knowledge of Business Central is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• You work accurately, are analytical, and have an eye for detail.
• You are proactive, independent, and take responsibility.
• You possess good communication skills and enjoy working with different departments.
