What we're looking for
- A completed MBO/HBO education in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering or electrical engineering)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical or industrial environment, preferably within supply chain quality
- Knowledge of quality management (including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001) and preferably experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools
- Strong analytical skills: you can interpret complex data and convert it into targeted improvement actions
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude

The role
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you are the crucial link between our internal organization and external suppliers. You safeguard product quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that our suppliers meet the highest standards. Additionally, you are responsible for:

- Selecting and evaluating new and existing suppliers
- Setting up and performing quality and process audits
- Translating and monitoring our quality standards towards suppliers
- Initiating and guiding improvement programs at suppliers
- Analyzing quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
