What we're looking for
- Are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) in the field of communication, marketing, or HRM
- Are analytical, accurate, and curious

- Are available for at least 32 hours per week starting from January/February
The role
The role
During your internship, you will conduct research into a number of target groups, determined by the current recruitment needs of VDL Groep. Based on your findings, you will write a clear research report, work on concrete proposals to improve our labor market communication, and implement them.
What you'll do
During your internship, you will:
- Conduct internal research by engaging in conversations with employees from various VDL companies
- Conduct external research, for example through competitor analysis, desk research, or student panels
- Translate your insights into concrete personas (drivers, needs, doubts, orientation behavior, etc.)
- Provide advice on labor market positioning: how can we better appeal to and convince our target groups?
- Translate your advice into concrete actions, such as creating a target group page on www.werkenbijvdl.nl or developing a content strategy
- Support our team with various tasks: educational and varied!
