The role

As a Space (Quality) Engineer, you are the connecting factor between engineering, quality, and production. You translate complex space and customer requirements (e.g., AS9100, IPC Class 3) into clear, workable instructions for the shop floor and processes for the project team. Thanks to your analytical ability and practical approach, you ensure that our space projects meet the highest quality standards. You ensure that processes are not only robust and compliant, but also practically feasible.

• Translating space and quality standards into concrete work instructions and production processes.
• Supporting operators and engineers in the implementation of high-grade quality standards (space-grade).
• Ensuring quality throughout the entire process: from design to assembly and test. Through sound risk management and a "first time right" mindset.
• Acting as the point of contact for quality within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contributing to an innovative space project with high requirements for reliability and performance.

You are analytically strong, communicatively skilled, and able to make complex requirements understandable for the shop floor. Additionally, you bring the following:
