What will you do?

As a Roll Forming Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and converting the roll forming line. You monitor the production process, perform quality controls, and intervene when necessary. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs smoothly and the correct quality is delivered. Your activities include:

• Setting up, operating, and converting the profiling machine
• Monitoring the quality of products and performing inspections
• Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions
• Performing first-line maintenance on the machine
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
• Thinking along about process improvements and efficiency

You enjoy fine-tuning a machine, delivering quality, and seeing what you have made at the end of the day. You like to work practically, maintain an overview, and intervene if something is not running as it should. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

Do you not have experience with roll forming yet? No problem. If you have technical insight and are motivated to learn the trade, we will ensure that you are trained internally. We are happy to teach you the ropes of the trade.
