The role

In our high-tech production environment, you are the first point of contact for technical questions and deviations during the assembly of complex systems and modules. You work closely with the product, communicate directly with colleagues on the shop floor, and ensure that problems are solved quickly and effectively. Where possible, you resolve disruptions directly. When structural improvements are needed, you provide a clear analysis and handover so that the correct follow-up actions can be deployed.

The activities are carried out in a 2-shift roster and consist of, among other things:

• Resolving technical disruptions and first-line problems on the shop floor;
• Assessing products and identifying deviations during the assembly process;
• Performing analyses to determine the causes of deviations;
• Supporting technicians with technical questions and work instructions;
• Registering, documenting, and following up on deviations;
• Collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Production;
• Identifying recurring issues and contributing to structural improvements.

One time you are solving a technical problem directly on the line, the next time you are investigating a recurring deviation to prevent repetition in the future. Because of this, no two days are the same.
