The role

In our quality department, we are looking for an analytical and precise 3D Metrology Technician who is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and ensuring the dimensional accuracy of various single components and assemblies

As a 3D Metrology Technician, you play a crucial role in the quality process. You perform high-quality measurements using advanced 3D measuring machines and translate the results into clear reports and concrete advice for improvement.

You work closely with Quality Engineering and Production and make an active contribution to continuous quality improvement.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Performing 3D measurements with CMM measuring machines
• Programming and operating 3D measuring software
• Analyzing and reporting measurement results
• Assessing parts and assemblies based on technical drawings
• Identifying deviations and proposing structural improvements
• Collaborating with Engineering and Production on quality and manufacturability issues
