Are you technically strong, do you love variety, and do you ensure that everything behind the scenes is well-organized? At Heluto, we are looking for a Work Preparer Small Works & Private Clients (KWP) who maintains an overview, thinks ahead, and ensures that our technicians can get to work well-prepared.

You will work on diverse installation technology projects for private and business clients. From small adjustments and expansions to complete installations. You will receive a lot of responsibility, communicate directly with colleagues, and have plenty of room to organize your work independently.

As a Work Preparer for Small Works & Private Clients, you are the connecting link between the customer, project leader, suppliers, and technicians. You ensure that activities are well-prepared technically and organizationally, so that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Within the KWP department, you work on multiple smaller projects simultaneously. This requires an overview, flexibility, and the ability to switch gears quickly. You know what is happening, think ahead, and ensure that materials, planning, and technical information are available at the right time.

• Preparing and coordinating smaller installation technology projects for private and business clients;

• Ordering and organizing materials and equipment;

• Drafting and checking work and project documentation;

• Supporting the project leader with planning, calculation, and progress;

• Coordinating activities with technicians, suppliers, and clients;

• Identifying and solving technical and organizational bottlenecks;

• Monitoring delivery times, planning, and quality;

• Thinking along about improvements in work processes and the execution of projects.

No two days are the same. You work on different projects at the same time and know how to set the right priorities. Thanks to your preparation, our technicians can work efficiently and customers know where they stand.

We are looking for someone who combines technical insight with a practical and independent working attitude. You think in solutions, maintain an overview, and enjoy being busy with different projects at once.
