As a project manager for installation technology, you are responsible for the execution and delivery of diverse projects within the utilities sector. From the first customer request to the final delivery: you maintain the overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Working from our location in Diever, you will collaborate with an enthusiastic team of about 65 colleagues. Together, you will realize high-quality technical installations for customers throughout the Netherlands. No two projects are the same, and it is precisely that variety that makes your work interesting.

You are the connecting link between customers, technicians, work planners, and engineers. You monitor the planning, quality, and budgets, and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done. In doing so, you look beyond just the technology. You have an eye for the people around you, help colleagues grow, and know how to guide them in the right way.

• You manage multiple projects within the utilities sector, from preparation to delivery.

• You monitor the planning, quality, safety, and financial progress of your projects.

• You are the point of contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

• You lead project teams and ensure good cooperation between all parties involved.

• You contribute ideas for technical solutions and know how to translate customer wishes into concrete plans.

• You identify bottlenecks and commercial opportunities and respond to them in a timely manner.

• You coach and guide colleagues and contribute to the further development of the team.

• You have an MBO 4 or HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in the field of installation technology.

• You have experience within installation technology and possess a good technical foundation.

• You have experience as a project manager or are an experienced work planner ready for the next step.

• You are highly organized, maintain an overview, and know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• You communicate easily with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

• You take initiative, think in solutions, and dare to make decisions.

• You enjoy guiding colleagues.
