The role

For this position, we are looking for a Service & Maintenance Manager who effortlessly brings together technology, organization, and customer focus. You will take charge of service and maintenance activities and ensure that processes, people, and customers align perfectly. With your overview and decisiveness, you will take service delivery to a higher level.

What you'll do

As a Service & Maintenance Manager at BUILDING technology, you are ultimately responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing all service and maintenance activities. You drive quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency, while simultaneously keeping an eye on customer needs and commercial opportunities.

Specifically:

Managing and coordinating service and maintenance activities;
Acting as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders;
Preparing and following up on quotes and maintenance contracts;
Advising customers on optimizations and expansions;
Identifying commercial opportunities with existing customers and translating these into concrete actions;
Managing and coaching field service colleagues;
Monitoring and improving service processes;
Monitoring performance and reporting to management.

What you bring

In this role, you bring:

Technical education (mbo) in installation technology;
Experience in service, maintenance, and a coordinating role;
Knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and DDC systems;
Leadership qualities and organizational strength;
Customer-oriented and commercially aware;
Decisive and strong communicator.
Proactive and result-oriented attitude.
