Project Leader in the Netherlands

As a Project Leader, you will be given the space here to truly lead projects from A to Z. You maintain the overview, make agreements, and ensure that technicians know where they stand. At the same time, you don't have to do it alone. You work in a close-knit team with short lines of communication, where people are there for each other and you are given the freedom to organize your work well in your own way.

The projects vary. From small projects and boiler replacements to renovations of up to 30 apartments. That means switching between planning, materials, budget, and technicians. And it is precisely that combination that makes your work varied.

You start your day with an overview: what is planned, what challenges are technicians facing, and what needs to be arranged? You keep the lines connected and ensure the project keeps moving.

• You supervise small projects and boiler replacements

• You lead renovation projects of up to 30 apartments

• You manage 8 to 10 technicians

• You monitor the planning, the budget, and the required materials

• You work independently and take responsibility for your projects

• You work from the Alkmaar / Middenbeemster office

• You maintain an overview and ensure that agreements are met
