As a junior work preparer Service and Maintenance, you will work in Diemen on service and maintenance activities within installation technology. You ensure that malfunctions, planning, and communication with customers run smoothly. You work closely with account managers, contract managers, and technicians. You monitor the process, adjust where necessary, and ensure that quality and customer satisfaction remain high.

As a junior work preparer Service and Maintenance, you ensure a smooth and efficient service process and develop yourself into a fully qualified work preparer.

• Monitoring and following up on malfunctions and service requests

• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries

• Managing suppliers and subcontractors

• Informing customers about planning and progress
