Work Preparer

• A completed MBO or HBO education in the field of Civil Engineering or a similar study;

• Experience as a Work Preparer within construction is a plus;

• Strong skills in the areas of planning, organizing, and setting priorities;

• An accurate working attitude with an eye for quality and detail;

• A proactive and collaborative attitude, in which you also dare to take initiative;

• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to look ahead and anticipate;

• Knowledge of Solibri is highly recommended;

• Good command of the Dutch language.

• Salary from € 3,683.- to € 5,261.- gross per 4 weeks (€ 3,989.- to € 5,699.- gross per month) based on full-time employment;

• In addition to your salary, you receive a fixed amount for sustainable employability that contributes to staying healthy (2.3% according to cao Bouw & Infra);

• 43 days off according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a Work Preparer at Hurks, you ensure that our projects get off to a well-prepared start. You ensure that everything is correct before the first shovel hits the ground. From residential construction to apartment complexes: you contribute to projects where you see visible results. Together with colleagues, suppliers, and partners, you make plans practical, achievable, and executable. During the preparation phase, you are an important link within the project team. You support the project manager and ensure that execution can proceed smoothly later on. You deal with the technical elaboration of projects, think along about smart solutions, and coordinate extensively with various parties. • Preparing and organizing projects towards execution;

• Creating, checking, and managing drawings and technical documents;

• Coordinating with advisors, suppliers, and subcontractors;

• Handling procurement preparation and ordering materials;

• Monitoring schedules and identifying bottlenecks;

• Thinking along about execution methods and practical solutions;

• Supporting execution during the construction process.
