As a project realization site supervisor, you are the face on the shop floor. You supervise the execution of new construction and renovation projects in Amsterdam North and Amsterdam West where we are realizing our heat and cold networks. You ensure that the work is carried out safely, according to the execution plan, and with high quality, while monitoring technical guidelines. You are the connecting link between project preparation, execution, and our external stakeholders.

• Providing daily supervision of ongoing projects in execution;
• Checking whether the work of contractors meets contracts, quality requirements, and technical standards;
• Monitoring progress and identifying and solving bottlenecks in a timely manner;
• Checking safety on the construction site and intervening where necessary;
• Informing stakeholders about activities and handling their reports professionally;
• Performing interim inspections, partial handovers, and final checks;
• Registering extra/less work, checking post-calculations, and maintaining progress reports.
• In consultation with your manager, there is a possibility to be deployed in the emergency service.
