As a Maintenance Technician Security Screening Systems, you are responsible for the maintenance of the ATRS lanes (Automatic Tray Return Systems) and the Analogic CT Connect X-Ray scanners within the security checkpoint at Schiphol. Thanks to your commitment, these business-critical systems continue to perform optimally and passengers can pass through security control safely and efficiently.

You are responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the security screening installations.

• Performing preventive maintenance on ATRS lanes and Analogic CT Connect systems.
• Locating, analyzing, and resolving mechanical, electrical, and technical faults.
• Performing inspections, tests, and safety checks.
• Replacing and adjusting components such as motors, sensors, conveyor belts, and electrical parts.
• Registering activities in the maintenance management system.
• Supporting system upgrades and technical improvements.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement to increase the reliability and availability of the systems.
• Collaborating with operators, engineers, and technical specialists.
• Working according to safety, quality, and airport procedures.

You are an enthusiastic technician who enjoys working in a complex and dynamic environment. You love technology, think in solutions, and find it important to achieve results together.

• MBO 3 or MBO 4 diploma in the field of:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechatronics
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Automation
  • Or a comparable technical education
• Experience with maintenance of automated or industrial installations.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanics.
• Experience with fault analysis and solving technical problems.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation.
• Sense of responsibility and a strong focus on safety.

If you have experience with these, you will have an advantage (if you do not, do not let that stop you from applying anyway):

• Experience with airport-related installations.
• Knowledge of ATRS systems.
• Experience with Analogic CT Connect or similar security screening systems.
• Knowledge of PLC controls.
• VCA certificate.
