The role

Are you someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and knows how to maintain an overview? As a System Engineer, specifically for UAV-gc contracts, you play a crucial role in demonstrating that our projects meet all stated requirements. You help the project team establish the link between requirements and evidence – think of drawings, test results, or execution documentation – so that we can clearly substantiate to our client that we are delivering what has been agreed upon.

In addition, you are the driving force behind the use of our project control system: Relatics. You manage and optimize the system, ensure that team members know how to correctly record their evidence and documentation, and monitor the full traceability from requirements to execution. Thanks to your commitment, the verification process runs in a structured, clear manner and without surprises – exactly as it should be for complex, technical projects.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Translating client documentation into Relatics: importing and structuring documents, requirements, and client question-and-answer lists within the Relatics environment, so they are usable within the project.
  • Setting up and managing the Relatics database:&; ensuring that the Relatics system is properly set up, functions correctly, and remains up to date throughout the project. Where necessary, you make project-specific additions to this database.
  • Monitoring project information and progress:&; you actively maintain control over the necessary information, coordinate with project members, and ensure that all input for verification is available in a timely and complete manner to deliver reliable reports to the client.
  • Performing analyses and identifying impact:&; you perform analyses on requirements, documents, and tender responses, and assess their impact on the project and the products to be delivered.
  • Delivering verification reports to the client:&; as soon as all information is complete, you generate clear verification reports with accompanying documents to demonstrate that client and project requirements have been met.

Functie-eisen

Furthermore, you have:

  • A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in the direction of business administration;
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role;
  • knowledge of / experience with ISO15288;
  • Work experience with project control systems (experience with Relatics is a major plus);
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
