Junior Systems Engineer

• A salary of € 3,720,- gross, including a mobility allowance of €750,- & 8% holiday allowance (based on 40 hours).

As a Junior Systems Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will work on smart technical solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently, safely, and future-proofly. You combine technical content with collaboration and communication, so that complex challenges are translated into practical and effective solutions.

In this role, you will work on:

• Supporting clients in the application of systems engineering and engineering automation to improve project efficiency, communication, and risk management.
• Analyzing complex issues and translating needs into effective, efficient, and safe solutions that meet user expectations.
• Projects within diverse domains.
• Long-term assignments in which you get to know organizations well and make a real impact.
• Your own development through knowledge sessions and professional networks.

You have:

• A completed technical education at HBO or WO level.
• A proactive attitude and taking charge of your own development and career.
• Interest in innovative technologies and state-of-the-art solutions within systems engineering.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and to pinpoint needs.
• A good command of the Dutch language (minimum B2) and an excellent command of English.
