For our location in ’s-Gravenpolder, we are looking for a Billing Clerk who will make a difference in our administrative team.

Your role
As a billing clerk, you are responsible for the flawless handling of our billing. Together with two direct colleagues, you will process approximately 800 invoices monthly and ensure that everything is completed correctly, completely, and on time. You will answer customer inquiries regarding invoices, follow up on outstanding matters, and work closely with internal departments to keep the administration in order.

• Processing, checking, and sending invoices
• Answering customer inquiries regarding billing
• Following up on outstanding items and coordinating with internal teams
• Identifying discrepancies and thinking along about process improvements
• Working with a proprietary application – being able to switch quickly between different systems is therefore important

Who are you?
You are accurate, have strong communication skills, and enjoy bringing structure to administrative processes. Furthermore, you have:

• Experience with billing and administrative processes
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Proficiency with various computer systems
• A proactive and collegial work attitude
• An eye for detail and a sense of responsibility
