For our Van Mossel Volkswagen branch in Hapert, we are looking for a sales leader. In this role, you are responsible for coaching and motivating the sales team. Naturally, you do this while you remain actively involved in selling new and used cars to our customers. In short, you are truly a working foreman. When things are a little less busy in the showroom, you are busy coming up with new ideas to improve results, ensure customer satisfaction, and raise the quality of the team.
