Field Sales Manager Horeca / Restaurants 80K OTE

Headcount: 2 Field Sales positions

For a leading European player in the restaurant and hospitality market, we are looking for 2 Field Sales Managers who love being on the road and get energy from personal conversations with restaurant owners.

You help restaurants grow by achieving more visibility, reservations, and returning guests. You are responsible for the full sales process in your region and build sustainable relationships with hospitality entrepreneurs.

• Online reservations via website and platform

• Reviews and guest feedback in one place

• More guests, fewer no-shows

• Direct connection with new and regular guests

• You actively visit restaurants in your region (field sales)

• You combine warm leads with your own acquisition

• You speak directly with entrepreneurs and decision-makers

• You manage the full sales process: from first conversation to closing

• You build a strong client portfolio in your region

• You identify local opportunities and respond to them commercially

• Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or hospitality sales

• You are independent, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded

• You feel comfortable in face-to-face sales conversations

• Affinity with hospitality, platforms, or SaaS is a plus

• You speak fluent Dutch (English is a plus)

• Total package up to 80,000 euros p/a.

• Base salary: €40,000 - 50,000 + 60% bonus

• Company car (also for private use with fuel card)
