What you'll do

As a Mercedes‑Benz Parts Specialist, you are the expert in the field of original Mercedes‑Benz parts. You form an indispensable link between the workshop, the warehouse, and the customer. Thanks to your knowledge and accuracy, mechanics always have the correct parts at their disposal and customers are helped professionally and skillfully.

Your responsibilities include

Advising colleagues and customers about Mercedes‑Benz parts and accessories;
Ordering, receiving, checking, and issuing parts;
Managing and optimizing warehouse stock;
Supporting the workshop with correct and timely parts deliveries;
Ensuring a clear and well-organized warehouse;
Handling inquiries, orders, and returns.

In short: a varied position in which technology, customer contact, and organization come together.

What makes you the ideal candidate?

You are accurate, service-oriented, and have an affinity for cars and technology. You enjoy delving into Mercedes‑Benz parts and like to think along with colleagues and customers. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and are self-assured. Additionally:

Do you have held a Category B driver's license for at least 2 years;
You are available full-time;
Do you have an eye for detail and like to work in an organized manner;
Is experience with parts or automotive (a plus).
