What you'll do

- Monitor customer performance metrics and proactively address challenges that may impact customer satisfaction or growth.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting discipline through CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For

- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth through both new business acquisition and account penetration. Larger opportunities landed is an advantage.
- Experience managing a territory and maintaining a balanced focus between hunting and farming activities.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships while identifying and converting new opportunities.
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
