The role
Step in as a Client Delivery Manager at TJIP in a world where digitalization is constantly in motion. You ensure strong customer relationships, monitor our service delivery, and identify where opportunities lie to grow further together.
TJIP develops digital solutions for organizations within sectors including Mortgages, Insurance, Pensions, and Asset Management. As a Client Delivery Manager, you connect our clients with the teams within TJIP.
What you'll do
As a Client Delivery Manager, you connect clients and development teams. You make plans, manage expectations, and ensure clients get what they need—ideally just a little bit more.
Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, with a great deal of personal attention and hospitality.
Monitor customer contracts, SLAs, and the quality of our service delivery.
Identify commercial opportunities and realize follow-up assignments.
Prepare quotes and guide the quoting process.
Define KPIs, discuss results, and support clients with RFCs.
Create overview and clarity for internal teams and stakeholders.
Safeguard the progress of projects and manage based on time, quality, and expectations.
Provide direction and bring structure while building relationships that truly add value.
Connect business and technology, identify opportunities, and help organizations move forward.
Promote improvement opportunities internally and keep everyone in the same flow.
