Client Manager Staffing

As Client Manager Staffing, you are the link between clients and consultants. Working within Staffing Management for a client, you are involved end-to-end in the sales process. By thoroughly understanding client needs and objectives, you work with colleagues on suitable offers, new staffing assignments, and clear agreements for the client, consultant, and Capgemini.

In this role, you will work on:

• You build a position as a valued interlocutor, carefully follow up on client inquiries, and work on acquiring and filling staffing assignments.
• You prepare consultants for intake interviews, support the realization of assignments, and actively monitor ongoing assignments.
• You maintain client contact, align expectations, and mobilize the right people both internally and externally to realize client needs and sales objectives.

Hours: 32-40 hours

Location: Utrecht / hybrid

You work within the Staffing Management team and focus on a specific client. Working from Utrecht and via hybrid working, you collaborate closely with consultants and internal stakeholders. You stay informed about developments at the client, within Capgemini, and in IT, so that you can follow up on client inquiries quickly and carefully.

The role offers room to further develop your sales skills, take responsibility for the entire sales process, and share knowledge with colleagues within the organization.

• You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree.
• You have sales experience in a similar position, preferably in an innovative and commercial environment, or knowledge of staffing and experience as an account manager, recruiter, or employment agent.
• You communicate at various levels with clients and internal stakeholders and master Dutch and English at a C1 level.
• You delve into client objectives, actively maintain your network, and translate client issues into commercial opportunities.
• You are willing to continuously develop yourself and learn how new technologies, such as AI, can strengthen your expertise and activities.
