• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in large and complex projects, preferably within energy, infrastructure, offshore, or industrial environments.
• Affinity with the intersection of technology, project management, and stakeholder management
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel between Arnhem, Geertruidenberg, and other project locations

• Knowledge of UAV(-GC) and/or SCB is a plus

How will you keep the Netherlands powered?

As Sub Project Lead, you are responsible for supporting the Project Lead and organizing and managing sub-projects and issues within the Nederwiek Gamma project, specifically the converter station that is to be built in Geertruidenberg.

• Supporting the Project Lead Landstation in managing the project team and acting as their deputy in their absence.
• You organize and monitor the work processes within the (sub)project, ensuring that activities are realized within scope, schedule, and requirements.
• Preparing and executing the site preparation for the converter station.
• Preparing decision proposals and managing (sub)contractors during the execution phase.
• In collaboration with the Project Lead: handling deviations and contract changes.
• You coordinate and manage activities within multidisciplinary project teams, so that all disciplines collaborate optimally and results are delivered on time.
• You coordinate with the project leader(s), internal stakeholders, and external parties, so that decision-making is well-founded and (sub)projects proceed in a controlled manner.
• You ensure the correct deployment of resources, so that capacity and expertise align with the project needs.
• Bearing responsibility for specific themes as agreed with the Project Lead Landstation.
