Recruitment Intern in HR

Together with you, we will discuss your package of tasks for your internship period. Below are a number of areas in which you could develop yourself within STICHD:

Recruiters

• Planning and executing recruitment tasks for internship positions, such as posting vacancies, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, maintaining active contact with managers, handling the administrative processing when hiring new interns, and managing the onboarding of the interns;
• Campus Recruitment: representing STICHD at MBO, AD, HBO, and WO educational institutions during career days and internship markets;
• Providing support for our employer branding and the setting up of the career site and job boards;
• Handling internal and external email and providing the correct follow-up;
• Writing and rewriting fresh, engaging vacancy texts;

HR Business Partners

• Attending and learning from the conversations that the HR BPs have with employees and/or managers;
• Supporting various HR projects such as the implementation of our vitality policy.

HR Officers

• Collaborating and learning from the daily HR (administrative) activities;
• You will be involved in absenteeism administration (the Gatekeeper process);
• Helping to organize the New Hires Days.

The HR team at STICHD consists of 12 enthusiastic HR professionals: During your internship, you will participate as a full team member. As an intern in our Recruitment and HR department, you will gain insight into all aspects of HR and Recruitment within an international organization. You will work with our teams (Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and HR Officers), where the emphasis lies on HR Operations and Recruitment. The role will be carried out in both Den Bosch (headquarters) and Tilburg (warehouse).

• You are currently following an HBO or WO degree in the direction of Human Resource Management;
• You are studying at a Dutch educational institution and are looking for a working internship as part of your studies;
• We consider it a great plus if you already have some experience with employer branding:
• You are proficient in the MS Office package (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and knowledge of the HR software packages Workday and/or AFAS is a plus.
• You are available for at least 4 months starting from January or February 2027, preferably for at least 32 hours;
• You enjoy working in a dynamic and international organization;
• The working language in our organization is English, so you have command of the English language, both orally and in writing;
• You are eager to learn and are naturally decisive, flexible, and service-oriented;

This internship takes place in the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
