As a VP Supervisor at Stedin, you ensure the safe execution of activities at our locations in your own region.

As a VP Supervisor, you ensure the safe execution of structural maintenance activities at Stedin and TensZ locations. You supervise contractors, work according to the work plan of the Work Supervisor, and ensure that everyone can perform their work safely. In this way, you contribute directly to a reliable energy grid.
A day as a VP Supervisor
You start your day in your work van and drive to a station where activities are taking place.
You check whether the work is being carried out safely and according to plan.
You address colleagues and contractors regarding behavior and safety.
You coordinate with the site manager in case of deviations or discussions.
You support with practical activities, such as replacing locks or fencing.
Here is how you recharge
A salary of up to a maximum of € 4,464 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
A personal budget of 24% on top of your salary (incl. holiday allowance).
€ 80 net field allowance per month.
On top of that, there is this:
A company van, tablet, and business phone.
€ 700 gross annually for sports and health.

At least an MBO level 2 diploma in electrical engineering.
Practical experience with structural and tertiary activities.
Driving license B (E).
