  • An MBO education level 3 or 4 in electrical engineering.

  • An AVP LS/MS designation (or the willingness to obtain this).

  • Driving license B and willingness to work on-call and fault service shifts.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • A salary of up to € 4,645.31 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week.

  • A personal budget of 24% on top of your salary (incl. holiday allowance), good for extra salary or extra leave days.

  • € 80 net field allowance per month.

  • An on-call and disturbance allowance of € 438.08 gross for a full on-call week, on top of the compensation you naturally receive for your overtime during this on-call period. You can also have this paid out or convert it into leave.

The role

As an Electrical Technical Specialist at Stedin, you ensure that the electricity grid remains reliable for both residential customers and business clients. The energy transition is causing an increasingly heavily loaded grid due to, among other things, solar panels, charging stations, and growing business activity. You ensure the grid is ready for this and intervene when necessary.

Working within the Maintenance chain, you will focus on preventing and resolving faults in the electricity grid. You will also perform maintenance on low-voltage and medium-voltage cabinets. When working the fault service, you will go out—including evenings, nights, or weekends—to restore power to customers as quickly as possible.
