Furthermore, you have:

• A completed MBO level 2 education.

• A driving license B.

• And good communication skills: You can speak good Dutch and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and customers, and you have a strong sense of safety when working with gas and electricity.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

• A salary of € 3005.87 gross per month if you work 40 hours.

• A personal budget of 24% on top of your salary (incl. 8% holiday allowance). That means a maximum of € 721.41 extra salary or up to 35.5 extra vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.

• € 80 net field allowance per month. This is how we ensure you also have a nice cup of coffee during your work!

On top of that, there is this:

• You will receive a company van from us. This way, you are behind the wheel of your own work! And you can immediately store your latest tools and materials.

• € 700 (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example for your sports subscription or your new sportswear.

As a smart meter technician at Stedin in Utrecht, you ensure a reliable and safe energy supply. You replace gas and electricity meters at customers' homes and ensure a positive customer experience with a clear explanation.

A day as a smart meter technician:

• With your own company van and good tools, you depart to your first appointment of the day.

• At the customer's home, you replace the existing gas and electricity meters, check if everything works safely and correctly, and identify any deviations.

• You explain calmly and clearly how the new smart meter works and answer questions, so that the customer is left with a good feeling.

• In between, you accurately report your findings in the systems and coordinate any specifics with colleagues.

• At the end of the day, you drive back, handle your administration, and prepare for the next working day.
