You ensure that every patient has the best possible experience. You are the one who maintains an overview, takes ownership, and ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. At the same time, we expect you to challenge us to make processes smarter, faster, and more scalable. In other words;

• Being the first point of contact for patients and guiding them during their journey at Manometric.

• Participating in the daily operations, from planning and appointments to coordination with healthcare professionals and colleagues.

• Identifying bottlenecks and coming up with ideas to make processes smarter and more efficient.

Someone who is curious, takes responsibility, and gets energy from an environment where something new happens every week. Someone who;

• Is pursuing a HBO or WO degree (For example, Movement Technology, Orthopedic Technology, Sport Engineering, Technical Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar study)

• In project groups is often the one who dots the i's and crosses the t's and sees where something can be improved.

• Is available for at least 8 hours per week

• Gets energy from contact with people

• Takes responsibility, sees work that needs to be done, and does not wait for someone to tell you what to do
