To further strengthen our services, we are looking for a (Senior) Service Engineer Healthcare Technology who wants to help build quality and growth. 

• You install, inspect, and maintain healthcare technology at our customers' locations, ensuring it always functions reliably and optimally.
• You provide remote technical support and ensure fast and careful handling of service and fault reports.
• You monitor our systems, analyze reports, and intervene proactively when necessary.
• You ensure an excellent customer experience by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and meeting appointments.
• Together with your colleagues, you work periodic on-call shifts so that our customers can also count on support outside of office hours.
