Public Transport Supervisor

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and possession of general IT skills
• Strong organizational, communicative skills and a proactive attitude
• Experience in leading a team of 50 employees
• In possession of a driver's license
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English (other languages are a plus)
• Experience reporting important statistics to internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with HR activities (recruitment, disciplinary procedures, providing training, developing teams, etc.)
• Flexible availability

• A salary between €3,416.57 and €4,021.80 per 4 weeks based on experience.

As a supervisor, together with your operational manager, you ensure that the conductors in your team can get the best out of themselves. With your enthusiasm and leadership skills, you ensure a positive working atmosphere and optimal use of your team's qualities. As a supervisor, you stand close to your team members; you are co-responsible for their appraisal cycle, select new employees, and ensure good onboarding.

In this role, you work closely with the Branch Manager and the planning department to execute the established branch plan regarding the human aspect. Together with your colleagues, you identify productivity and efficiency savings and report these to the Branch Manager. Through good cooperation and communication, you together ensure that the service delivery and appearance of Securitas are at the highest level.
