Securitas is an international security organization with over 5,000 colleagues in the Netherlands and active in 44 countries.

Our mission is clear: we help make your world a safer place. We combine craftsmanship, technology, and data to ensure security for our clients. At Securitas, every day together with your colleagues, you contribute not only to a safer world today, but also to the security solutions of the future.

As a dispatcher in the Securitas Operations Center (SOC), you work in the heart of our security organization. From our alarm center, you process reports from customers throughout the Netherlands 24/7. No shift is the same: you switch gears quickly, remain calm, and ensure that the correct action is deployed.

You monitor locations remotely, support colleagues in the field, and you provide support during problem situations. In doing so, you contribute directly to a safer world.

Your duties include:

• Receiving and assessing burglary, fire, and robbery reports
• Monitoring camera footage and identifying deviations
• Coordinating with mobile patrols and other emergency services
• Deploying the correct follow-up for alarm reports
• Monitoring security remotely via camera and vehicle tracking systems
• Communicating with customers and colleagues in stressful situations

• You are stress-resistant, analytical, and see every alarm report as a challenge.
• You possess an mbo working and thinking level.
• Experience in security is not necessary. We attach more value to your motivation.
• You are flexibly deployable and you find it fine to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends, morning, afternoon, or night shifts.
• You live within a 40km radius of Geldrop
• You recognize yourself in our core values: integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness
• You have a good command of the Dutch language

• Starting salary of € 17.37 gross per hour excluding allowances
• An employment contract for at least one year
• Contract between 24 and 36 hours per week.

• A rotating schedule, which gives you plenty of free time. Your schedule is known 4 weeks in advance.
