As a Senior L&D Specialist, you will work on strategic projects within various sectors that make a real impact.

You will focus entirely on creating value for organizations by:

• Advising and inspiring: Help clients with future-oriented learning strategies and demonstrate how learning can have a real impact.
• Leadership in projects: Take the lead in multidisciplinary teams and ensure the realization of complex learning solutions.
• Focus on your strengths: No peripheral tasks, but work where your expertise is central.

At LearningSpecialist, the focus is on what you do best: taking learning to a higher level. We ensure that peripheral matters do not distract you.

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree in Educational Science, L&D, or a comparable field with an educational or pedagogical foundation.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• You have at least a C1 level in the Dutch language.
• You are strategically strong and creative, with proven results in complex learning trajectories.
• You are a team player who can also operate independently and takes the lead when necessary.
• You are entrepreneurial, passionate, and always focused on growth – for yourself and for your clients.
