inBrain is looking for a Full-Stack Developer who gets energy from building scalable, user-friendly, and high-quality digital learning solutions. In this role, you will work closely with educational specialists, designers, software engineers, and project managers. You will develop new features for desktop and mobile and play a key role in the continuous development of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will ensure a rock-solid front-end based on sleek UX designs and deliver robust back-end functionality. Additionally, you are the guardian of the platform's daily stability: you dive into the code, solve bugs structurally, and work together with the team to build a platform that is intuitive, stable, and future-proof.

What will you do?

• Full-stack development: You build modern, scalable interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript, and Vite based on reusable components. On the back end, you develop and maintain functionality in PHP and MySQL.

• Smart programming with AI: You use VS Code and GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode) as a smart assistant, not as a blind pilot. You consciously choose which model to deploy, provide the correct context, critically test the output, and adjust where necessary.

• Ownership & Quality: You set up automated tests (unit and E2E) and improve them using PHPUnit, Vitest, and Playwright. You safeguard code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and attention to performance and accessibility (WCAG).

• Structured bugfixing: In the event of incidents or support requests, you tackle the cause, not the symptom. You reproduce the problem, solve it, and prevent recurrence by immediately adding regression tests.

• Support & Knowledge sharing: You translate technical problems into understandable language for customers and colleagues and document solutions, so that the entire team becomes increasingly self-reliant.

• Platform monitoring: Especially around releases, you keep your finger on the pulse and respond rapidly to any disruptions.
