Requirements
What we're looking for
You have experience in hospitality, preferably supplemented by a hospitality qualification.
You naturally take the lead and know how to motivate colleagues in a positive way.
You maintain calm and an overview, even during peak moments.
You have an eye for quality, guest experience, and detail.
You are available in the evenings and on weekends. Naturally, we strive for a good balance, with at least one weekend day off per week.

The role
You see what needs to be done before anyone else does. You maintain an overview, coach colleagues, and ensure guests have a great experience. Not from the sidelines, but right in the middle of the action.
For the Bavaria Brewery Café, we are looking for a First Service Staff Member who gets energy from a dynamic environment, dares to take responsibility, and loves to make a difference together with the team.
What you'll do
You ensure that guests feel welcome and experience a hospitable, personal encounter.
You guide and support colleagues during the shift and act as their point of contact on the floor.
You maintain the overview and ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly.
You onboard new colleagues and help them grow in their role.
You actively participate in service during dinners, events, meetings, and brewery activities.
