As Senior Sourcing Manager, you will provide strategic direction to the Commercial Building category and connect people and interests to make a sustainable impact on the airport of tomorrow. • developing the long-term strategy for commercial building and providing direction to sustainable collaborations with fixed construction partners.
• taking the lead in complex tenders and negotiating strategic contracts (and framework agreements) that suit a multi-billion portfolio.
• connecting internal and external stakeholders with unifying leadership and creating support for innovative construction solutions.
• proactively advising project teams on procurement opportunities and scalable contract forms that contribute to a future-proof airport.
• accelerating the sustainability of Schiphol through smart procurement choices that improve both environmental impact and passenger satisfaction.

You will join the Commercial Building category, where you will work together with a team on projects that form the backbone for the functioning of Schiphol now and in the future. Think of renewing terminals and piers, building sustainable parking garages and commercial buildings, and maintaining installations that keep the airport running 24/7.

Schiphol's Procurement & Contract Management (P&C) department works closely with internal customers to optimize demand, specifications, price, and costs. The department consists of six category teams and an Excellence Center. Through collaboration with suppliers, P&C aims to contribute to accelerating sustainable developments and improving the quality of services at the airport.
