That is why we are looking for an experienced Manager Procurement & Contracts. In this role, you are responsible for procurement policy, contract management, and supplier management within Facility Management. Thanks to your expertise, we ensure optimal service, manageable costs, and strong collaborations that contribute to the continuity of all our locations.

As Manager Procurement & Contracts, you are responsible for the development and execution of procurement and contract policy within Facility Management.

You are responsible for:

• Developing procurement strategies and policies.
• Translating business needs into effective procurement solutions.
• Requesting, evaluating, and comparing quotes.
• Selecting suppliers, contractors, and service partners.
• Negotiating contracts, rates, and service agreements.
• Drafting and managing service agreements and SLAs.
• Supporting Facility Management and Design & Construction projects.
• Contributing to the further development of the service desk and asset management system.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.

You are the connecting link between the organization and our suppliers. You build sustainable relationships and ensure that contract agreements, performance, and expectations align optimally.

You are responsible for:

• Managing and developing supplier relationships.
• Monitoring performance, quality, and contract agreements.
• Maintaining contact with contractors, maintenance partners, and service providers.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders within Facility Management, Asset Management, Technical Services, and Design & Construction.
• Maintaining contact with property owners and external facility partners.
• Managing risks within the supply chain.
• Stimulating sustainable and future-proof collaborations.

You provide insight into performance, contract results, and financial progress. Based on data and analyses, you support decision-making and manage quality, costs, and continuity.

You are responsible for:

• Reporting on KPIs and supplier performance.
• Monitoring budgets and financial forecasts.
• Guiding investment requests.
• Managing financial and project administration.
• Checking invoices for accuracy and delivered performance.
• Contributing to the strategy and further development of Facility Management.

You are an experienced procurement and contract manager who combines commercial sharpness with strong stakeholder skills. You know how to seize opportunities, build sustainable relationships, and are always looking for improvements.
