Digital Sourcing Manager

• Supporting clients in shaping their IT function and realizing digital transformations.
• Collaborating on the design of IT service delivery models and guiding procurement processes.
• Promoting collaboration between clients and IT service providers.
• Coaching colleagues and contributing to team development within Digital Sourcing.
• Working in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to successful project execution.

As a manager within the Digital Sourcing team, you will join a close-knit team of approximately 25 colleagues. Together, you will work for the most inspiring clients both domestically and abroad. At Digital Sourcing, we support organizations in realizing future-proof digital services and solutions. For example, regarding the need for an optimal sourcing strategy, selecting and negotiating with cloud providers, or designing the most appropriate partnerships between organizations and IT providers. We achieve this by acting as trusted advisors to CIOs, COOs, and other stakeholders.

As a manager, you have great responsibility and freedom in successfully realizing projects, both within the KPMG team and towards the client. You ensure that the project runs smoothly, as well as that it is executed on time and on budget. Naturally, also with high quality.

• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing or management consulting, with a proven track record in leading projects such as selection processes or dealmaking.
• Master's degree (WO) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Digital Business, or a technical/digital field.
• Affinity with IT (such as agile working, IT platforms, and cloud technology), organizational science, and change processes.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Dutch and English at a C1 level, essential for supporting diverse clients.
• Team player with a professionally critical attitude, organizational sensitivity, and the willingness to go the extra mile.
• You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work.

• Gross monthly salary between € 5,085 and € 6,230 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home-working allowance per worked day.
