Transport Planner

• Organizing, hiring, and coordinating all incoming and outgoing transport for customers, sister companies, and external partners.
• Full organization and handling of all assignments and orders relating to Defense.
• Timely packing, labeling (pick orders), and preparing materials from the plant for shipment.
• Requesting, obtaining from the Export team, and maintaining all necessary transport documents, permits, and export papers.
• Assigning locations in the warehouse and supporting colleagues with tasks in SAP.
• Active participation in projects, executing assignments from the Project Manager Operations, and other occurring tasks.

• Possess a completed MBO+ level education
• Have sound experience with automated software systems such as SAP, Agile, and MS Office
• Possess good and up-to-date knowledge of logistical processes and forwarding
• Proficient in the English language, both spoken and written, whereby knowledge of the German language is a plus
• Possession of a forklift or reach truck certificate is a plus
• Possession of a valid lifting certificate is a plus

• A good salary between € 3,200 and € 3,800 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
